Tomatoes, hornworms, and huge zucchini squash!

Time for an update :)
On some of my tomato plants, I've noticed a lot of the blossoms have fallen off, and this is probably because of the heat. Lately it's been getting into the low 90's in the afternoon, and high 70's at night. It does get hotter, but hopefully this summer would be a little cooler :) Here is the cherry tomato, and it has grown so big in such little time. I haven't been expecting any tomatoes due to the heat, so I'm glad to see some starting to form! This is the 'Golden Jubilee'...A lot of fruit popping up on all four plants!I've found a lot of these hormworms on my tomatoes lately. Most of them were quite small and hadn't made too much damage, but this one devoured my entire potato plant! I found it early in the morning, and the first thing I noticed were the droppings at the base of the plant. I've found that they make this weird clicking sound if you poke them or move the branch that they're on...so that's one way to find them!
The lemon basil smells so good! It grew quite quickly, and now I'm having to pick the ends off where the flowers are starting to form.
So far, this is my only butternut squash. It took quite a while to ripen on the vine... it turned out perfect!
This is my biggest zucchini this year! It grew to be about a foot...it was really tasty :)
My sunflower! It's just huge..and kind of ugly! I found some kind of caterpillars eating at it..I had to remove some of the leaves with them on because there were so many caterpillars!
Here's a 'Sugar baby' watermelon starting to form. It was hiding under some beans, so it was quite a suprise when I found it!

The bell pepper plants are doing great! This is the biggest one, and already has some little peppers on it.
These are the tendergreen beans, and so far they haven't had anything eat it much...the other beans I planted before these ones got eaten up by grasshoppers, and some kind of green insect. Well, that's it for now...hopefully I will be able to harvest some more things soon. So far, I've picked a few zucchini, a butternut squash, and one really ugly, discolored tomato (probably because of stink bugs). I did plant my veggies a little too late, so that's why I haven't had much to pick..anyway, thanks so much for viewing, and if you have any advice, please share it with me!! :)
